Project 100 - Future City Leaders is an initiative by Bima Arya Sugiarto, developed in collaboration with the Bogor City Government, Pemimpin Indonesia, and Citieslab. The program was designed as a leadership learning platform for young people, where Bima Arya Sugiarto shared his experiences on urban leadership, strategic decision-making, and the real challenges faced during the final 100 days of his tenure as Mayor of Bogor.

A total of 30 selected young participants from West Java, Jakarta, and Banten joined the program in Bogor City. They were introduced to the complexities of governing and managing an urban area through active discussions, idea-sharing sessions, community engagement, city tours, and direct field visits to three selected issue clusters. These immersive experiences allowed participants to better understand the city’s challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives.

Over the course of 100 days, participants closely accompanied Bima Arya Sugiarto until the end of his term on April 20, 2024, gaining first-hand insight into how vision, policy, and leadership are implemented within the context of city governance.
